HOME HEALTHCARE FINGERPRINTS
If you need fingerprints for Home Healthcare, you will receive a referral form from your employer or agency. At the top of this form you will have the following code numbers: ORI, DPS Account Number, NRS Reason, and OCA. You must bring this form in with you as we need those code numbers.
The FBI will automatically update the NABS system that your employer searches to see your results.
IMPORTANT: Home Healthcare and Nursing are different license types. Sometimes people use these terms as synonyms. When you come in for fingerprints, please specify you are for Home Healthcare (don’t say “I”m a nurse”) and give us your paperwork.
