Printed Fingerprint Card
FD-258 Fingerprint CardSome agencies require a printed fingerprint card (FD-258) instead of the electronic Livescan submission.
Your agency may also have you choose your preferred method (fingerprint card or electronic Livescan submission).
First printed card is $25.00. Each additional card at the time of service is $5.00.
